Binary Troubleshooting
Relationship-Building as Risk Reduction
Empathetic Communication
This topic is so important to me for two reasons: first, I see founders asking the wrong questions all the time when it comes to AI and their product, and second, it this practice can be easily corrected with minor change in mindset. They might be asking, “How can I use AI to get more customers,” when they should be asking, “What friction points in our user journey could AI eliminate.” Instead of being surface-level in their thinking, they need to be strategic.
The founders who win with AI aren't winning with flash. They're the most curious people in the room — the ones willing to be wrong, to ask "dumb" questions, and to challenge their own assumptions.
